Super Nintendo - Bugs Bunny in Rabbit Rampage Review

Bugs Bunny in Rabbit Rampage is a platform action game based on the cartoon character.

Gameplay: 5/10
The gameplay is same as most other platform action games.  Bugs Bunny can jump, kick, crouch, throw cream pies and use items such as dynamite to attack the enemies.  You can also hurt enemies by jumping and pressing the attack buttons to bounce on their heads.  Unfortunately, that's it really no other exciting or different moves.  That might have been okay if Bugs moved well in relation to the enemies and levels but unfortunately, he doesn't.  It's hard to aim properly at enemies and kicking enemies is too short to feel right.  Having to jump and attack enemies to hurt them when you jump seems a little redundent.  All in all, mediocre despite there being different enemies.  Customising the game is easy, simply press select at the opening menu.

Graphics: 4/5

This game is fairly well animated and looks fairly good.  No complaints here.  It really feels like you're watching a Bugs Bunny show.

Sound and Music: 2.5/5

The music is more annoying than fun.  The sound is okay, you get to hear the characters speak.

Game design: 2/5

The game design is rather boring and the same for most part.  The levels do change after every three levels but the poor gameplay just doesn't seem to change.

Longevity: 1/5
You'll probably not bother with the game and stop playing after the first few levels when you realise how boring it is.

For: Good graphics.

Against: Everything else is average at best.
